Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Technicians must be capable of diagnosing and problem solving common plumbing issues. Repair andService work may include soldering, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, water heater repair and installation, fixture installation and repair, as well as but not limited to, gas piping (including iron pipe and track pipe).

Additional duties include:
- Interact with customers in a professional and thoughtful manner
- Complete work in accordance with local Plumbing Codes
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain the equipment and inventory in your company truck for maximum efficiency
- Attend company or vendor training as required
- Maintain any necessary licenses or certification in your role as a Plumber

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Service Plumbing Experience strongly preferred
- English required – both oral & written
- Ability to perform trade specific Math
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Certificate, or work experience in related trades
- Clean DMV record & Valid CA State Driver’s License Required
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test with legal authorization to work in the U.S.A
- Must have the ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Must have personal tools
- Must have basic computer skills, with the ability to make accurate records
- Must be able to stand, crouch, and climb for long periods of time and carry greater than 45lbs -
- Must have an ownership mentality
- Must be a team player and teachable
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice

Service Manager leads our team of technicians in providing the best service possible to our customers. We are looking for an experienced 'Master Plumber' with a deep technical knowledge of service plumbing combined with the heart of a coach. If you desire to join a winning culture, come and join us!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The Plumbing Service Manager directs and supervises our technicians to effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, operate and maintain all plumbing requirements for our customers.  
Coordinate with other managers in all aspects of planning, scheduling and executing work
Provide leadership and professional guidance to all field technicians
Optimize existing processes, and promote best practices to ensure quality work is performed productively and safely
Monitor and evaluate budgets, targets, and objectives to ensure company profitability
Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and all other stakeholders as needed
Lead Educational opportunities for training the technicians and specifically the apprentices

Qualifications:
15+ years of Service Plumbing Experience strongly preferred
5+ years managing plumbing technicians, installers and apprentices
C-36 Plumbing license or other CA Contractor’s licensure preferred
OSHA Certifications and/or safety qualifications preferred
Must have an ownership mentality
Attentive to the details
Must be a team player
English required – both oral & written (additional languages are a plus)
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Associate Degree/Certificate, or work experience in related trades Not required but is a plus

- Assist in planning and scheduling service appointments for customers
- Assist field technicians with data entry and ensuring that project scope is captured and invoiced correctly
- Maintain a detailed understanding of company services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best solution for their needs
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service or customer success strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree/ Associate Degree/Certificate not required but a plus
- Work experience in construction, dispatch or customer success role. Not required but a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to foster positive business relationships
- English Required- both oral & written (additional languages are a plus)
- Must have basic computer skills, with the ability to make accurate records
- Experience in QuickBooks, or any other accounting or sales software not a requirement but a plus
- Multitasking and Project management skills
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
